Group Fitness Schedule
Provides a real-time, easily updated schedule for both instructors and members. Seamlessly notify members of subs, changes to schedule and views into the future. Sorted by day, class type or instructor for customized viewing.
iPhone and Facebook schedule applications are also available.
Class Reporting and Cost Per Head
Managers have a one-stop shop for recording numbers and determining class value. As well, a quick method for pulling weeks, months or days of data across several sorting options.
Sub Board
Provides a workflow for requesting and approving subs. Instructors post open classes, subs simply click to let you know their availability, and then the Manager is in charge of approving subs. Once approved, instructor is notified and the sub posting appears on the calendar.
Notices
A central location for department wide communication; instead of sending out long emails that never get read or possibly are misplaced, send short snippets when you think of them that are archived as long as you'd like! Information is always at your fingertips for reference.
